I work through health coaching and functional medicine.

We look for a root cause. Symptoms are labels.

The plan is personal. We measure. We deliver. Together.

That starts with listening — properly. Then talking through what's actually possible, and what success would genuinely look like for you, in your own terms. From there, it's a plan, built and adjusted as we go.

About You:

You're told you're fine. Standard checks find no issue. But you know you're functioning below what your biology is capable of, and what you experienced in the past. Maybe you've already tried to address it yourself — and the results didn't last.


Or — you have certain health issues and you're looking for someone who actually listens and has time for you when you need it. Someone who addresses the root cause, not just the symptom in front of them.

Metabolic health is what we look at first. It can sound like an umbrella term covering most health issues — and increasingly, that's where serious research is pointing too. Energy production, hormonal balance, inflammation, gut function, weight, stress response and mental clarity are tangled up with each other so much that pulling on one thread tends to reveal the rest.
Functional medicine and science-based naturopathy understand that system. That's also what the right tests show. Where medical involvement is needed, the approach works alongside your GP or relevant specialists — not instead of them.

A chronic and hidden health problem, an unhealthy lifestyle, or poor habits that show up at the wrong moment don't just cost a single day's sick pay. The cost can be the financial outcome, the safety of critical processes, and — sometimes — human health and life itself.

 

Human capital is an organisation's most critical asset, part of the same ecosystem its survival depends on.

Your P&L shows the state and movement of countless line items in perfect detail — but the health status of your key assets remains the one variable nobody monitors in any detail, or genuinely supports.

Health data is, of course, sensitive and must be protected. But it can be gathered responsibly and used strategically — not to control people, but to support their work, and with it, the company's results. All with consent, and full understanding — for every party involved — of the purpose, needs, tools, and direction of development.

Presenteeism costs employers an estimated three times more than absenteeism — and almost none of them are measuring it.

The drivers are the same ones that affect any individual's energy, focus and resilience — health, lifestyle, sleep, stress response — just distributed across an entire workforce. They can be assessed at population level without compromising individual privacy.

The cost is financial, and the result belongs in the same conversation as any other continuity risk — alongside the assets you already monitor.

I didn't arrive at this way of working by accident — there's a reason I look at health this way, and it's worth knowing before we start.
